Way too often executives, leaders, and stakeholders think implementing new technology solves all their problems. However, transformation requires we completely reinvent the process. Technology is a tool, but the real transformation happens in people/process.

I built the chatbot on this site using OpenAI Assistants API. I loaded the text from my website into a vector database using OpenAI's embedding model. 

I have a knack for reading between the lines, peeling back the layers, and identifying the solutions needed to drive business results. 

I approach data analysis with a naturally curious mind that is comfortable diving into ambiguity. 

I excel in using sql for adhoc analysis to identify issues within our processes and understand the story the data is telling. 

When I was in school I was told I ask too many questions. Turns out that's a pretty good skill to have.  

As a leader, I strive to influence key decision makers to make positive change within the organization. It's not always easy, but I'm often the dissenting voice. Sometimes we need to have the courage to stand out. 

I've been a manager of people for 17 out of the last 22 years. 

I love thinking big and coming up with ideas and products that make impactful change to the business and customers.
